Remote Assistance Instructions
Windows

Please follow the instructions below to allow our technicians to assist you remotely.

Quick Assist - Windows 10

  1. Select the Start button, type Quick Assist in the search box, then select it in the results.
  2. In the Code from assistant box, enter the 6-digit code you were given, and select Share sceen.
  3. Wait for your helper, then select Allow in the window that displays.

Easy Connect - Windows 7, 8, 8.1, 10

  1. Go to the search box and type remote assistance, then select Invite someone to connect to your PC and help you.
  2. Click Use Easy Connect.
  3. Send the appearing password to your technician.

Remote Assistance

  1. In the search box on the taskbar, type remote assistance, and then select Allow Remote Assistance invitations to be sent from this computer from the list of results.
  2. Click on the Remote tab, select the Allow Remote Assistance connections to this computer check box, and then select OK.
  3. In the search box on the taskbar, type remote assistance again and select Invite someone to connect to your PC and help you.
  4. Select Invite someone you trust to help you.
  5. Follow the instructions that appear.
