OUR process

Step by step

Every one of our customers has different problems and needs, so we tailor our process in order to give You the best service! 

Step 1. Analysis

After you contact us, one of our experienced technicians will ask you some questions to analyze your problem.

Step 2. remote assistance

Then, we will connect to your computer remotely to check the problem and repair it. If the repair is successful, we are done, if not, we proceed to the next step.

Step 3. On-site appointment / Drop-OFF

If your problem cannot be repaired remotely, one of our technicians will call you to set up an appointment to fix your device, or you can drop it off at one of our convenient locations.

Step 4. repair

Our technician will repair your device, usually on the same day you contact us. If parts need to be ordered, we will have those ready for you at your appointment. A few hours later, your device will be ready for use.
